"S.S. LEVIATHAN"
Commanded by H.A. Cunningham, Commodore of the U.S. Lines.
The largest steamship to carry the US stars and stripes.
The restaurant was managed by New York's famous
"RITZ CARLTON COMPANY"
The farewell party must have been very good judging by the
red wine stain on the menu.
