"EARLY 20TH CENTURY BULPITT LANTERN"
An original ,solid brass, oil lantern made by
"BULPITT & SONS"
BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND
This lantern was made between 1910 & 1913,
and sold by the Bulpitt dealer
E.G. & S.

as stamped into the chimney cover.
The burner is marked
"BULPITT 1913"
The steel oil tank is marked
"BULPITT & SONS"

This is a beautiful, & fully functional,
heavy gauge brass lantern complete
with all its original parts.
Used aboard a ship as a bulkhead, cabin/wardroom
lamp.
Stands 16" high, 20" high with the handle
upright, 8 1/2" wide x 6" deep.
Weight 11 pounds
The unit has a three sided glass face, with
a right side access door.
The burner is made to slide out on a track,
as well as chimney lock, that releases
the top section for cleaning or service.
The unit is in excellent & nicely polished
condition for its
TITANIC ERA AGE!!!

"1942 BULPITT OIL LANTERN"
Another original , WWII vintage, all brass Bulpitt oil lantern.
Identical in every way to PFBOL-1.
Marked on the front side of the chimney

Also in excellent, & nicely polished condition,
with all its original parts
The front glass panel has a mid section split but is fully intact and original

"ALL STEEL BULPITT OIL LANTERN"
A somewhat rare, all steel, Bulpitt Oil lantern.
Made exactly like the brass ones, using heavy gauge steel, patinated
in a
dark bronze finish.
The top of the burner, door lock, chimney top, and rear hanger are
actually brass.
This is also a WWII vintage lantern, stamped into the front of the
chimney
